New Rune Pages not Shown in Champion Select?

Just made 3 Runes pages for champs I play and after selecting my champ and go to Runes it does not appear. I 100% saved them. I've had this problem before but thought it was a one time thing. It fixed itself after re-logging but this is quiet annoying.

Just had the same thing happen and it DID happen before as well. Seriously needs to be fixed.

Same thing is happening with skins. I just bought a few skins and when I went to equip they did not show up as purchased.
