Conqueror & Spirits Refuge (Shen W)

Spirit's Refuge is that ability that puts a circle on the ground around shen's sword, that blocks all auto attacks against shen or his allies while inside the circle. Conqueror is an ability I'm sure we're all familiar with. The ingame description of the ability is; "Attacks or spells that deal damage to an enemy champion grant 2-6 Adaptive Force (based on level) for 2s (8s for melee). Stacks up to 5 times." Which means, if an auto attack is blocked or dodged and does 0 damage, it shouldn't gain stacks. However, it still does(That's the bug).
