[Gameplay] TFT Delay on Blitzcrank's pull at start of a round

At the start of a round, my Aatrox was next to my Kennen but clearly further away from Blitzcrank than Kennen, for some reason Blitz didn't immediately pull, he wasn't silenced or anything, causing my Aatrox to move closer (kennen had a target in attack range, Aatrox did not because he's melee) and Blitz to pull Kennen instead of Aatrox even though Kennen was closer to Blitz than Aatrox was at the start of the match.
