Battlecast Urgot's Q is using the wrong sound effect when it hits a target. It is using the much sharper impact sound from the base skin, rather than the special explosion sound. It may be playing both sounds, it's hard to tell. It may be using the wrong sound effects for his other abilities, too, but I don't remember if they have special sounds that aren't played.

As a programmer, I would love to know what exactly is being changed so frequently that causes sound/visual/particle FX to play on the wrong skins... because that's by far the most common recurring bug in the game. Even champions and skins that don't show up on the patch notes are liable to get mixed up.
