The Keyboard Glitch

So this is a problem I've been having since I started playing in season 3. Back then, it was way more prevalent and all my friends had experienced it at once point in time. This is not something technical on my end, as it has migrated across two different laptops, and also stops my razer gamepad from working. The crux of the glitch is that all of my key bindings save escape do not work in game, meaning I can't do anything from use abilities to recall. League is the ONLY software I've had this problem on, and I have tried the recommended fix they gave in the FAQ (Which is supremely lazy btw, they ask you to edit the code yourself for a problem that has been around for years.) So far, I've been jury rigging a solution by completely shutting down my client and restarting the whole client again. However, with the slow speed at which League loads, this means I essentially start the game with a 2-4 level handicap, a large gold loss, and am going to certainly loose lane because of how far behind I am.

I'm sick of suffering through this glitch with no work around, and I feel very alone in this experience because the amount of people who suffer from it has gone down drastically since I started the game. However, I and a friend still very regularly have this glitch happen in every 2/10 games. Riot, can you fix this glitch yourself, or at the very least give me the actual fix to this problem.

P.S., the glitch does not affect the keybindings themselves, as the keys are all shown as been set up correctly. Only my ability to use them is gone.
