So Riot added the thing that lets you see how much mana a spell will cost and whenever i level up vayne's w it says a number from 55-70 i think it is and i'm not sure why am i missing something?

Count Zubat2 votesWho knows, maybe long, long time ago Rito wanted Vayne's W to be an active ability, then discarded idea, but never removed mana cost already programmed? Just my speculation.
BakedLotion2 votesBecause everytime she attacks you, YOU lose mana. oh and your entire hp bar. So technically, shes makes you oom.
