My honor status is bugged... I THINK...

so I keep getting keys and stuff but it says im on "the last checkpoint before level 3" and i have been on that checkpoint for weeks now, almost since the season started actually. Im still getting honors and still getting rewards but the honor lvl seems to be frozen. Now its very possible that im misunderstanding something in which case I want to say its not that I'm complaining my honor lvl isnt going up, its more that I just wanna make sure if this is a bug
