[GAMEPLAY] Spell Costs Incorrectly Displaying

I do not have screenshots yet but when turning on spell costs to display it does not show any for Mordekaiser (Whose skills cost health)

Also, I don't believe Vayne's Silver Bolts have 55 mana cost which increase to 70 at a certain level.
