Homeguards don't work on Teemo
Most of the time when I have homeguards on Teemo they don't work. Sometimes they do but about 90% of the time they don't.

If you're in combat they cancel, which can be triggered by people stepping on your shrooms. Maybe that's what you're noticing.
Yeah if anyone is taking damage from shrooms anywhere it puts Teemo in combat and turns off things like home guards or mobility boots. It's not a bug.
