It's time to fix the teleport map bug.

For those that don't know, there's a bug with teleport. If you go to teleport and hover on the map, it'll prioritize the structure/minion/unit underneath the map instead of what you're actually hovering on the map. It's a very annoying bug and it's been in the game for a long time. Please fix it! This isn't my footage, but here's an example of what I'm talking about.
