LeaverBuster not working

I've left two games within about a week or so for personal reasons beyond my control, fully expecting a LeaverBuster punishment, but I come back on and I'm logged into a lobby as though I played the game out, and my match history displays "Defeat" instead of "Leave" both times.

Both games I was gone for a vast majority of the game, 15+ minutes each game. I closed the game and client out completely both times.

I know leaving is bad, ruins the match and all that, but I didn't have much of a choice either time. This is about the bug to bring attention to it.
