[Visual] Thresh's skins are all bugged and have been since season 4

Every new skin has the same bugs, and all the old skins got new ones. I am trying to let someone know so that people can use his skins without having to look at how awful some of the animations break. With the new patch notes out saying nothing about it I will repost my old discussion on it again
