[CLIENT] Shop Tab is Black with Hyperlinked Text

Ever since the latest client update (Refer to this post's date to find most recent update) my shop tab has been completely black with hyperlinked text and the "80% Off Starter Pack" being the only image to show.

It doesn't seem to change either if I click on any of the tabs [Example: Champions] http://i.imgur.com/6mkc9V7.png

It is permanent, I have tried relaunching the game, launching as Admin, and restarting my PC, none of which seemed to work. I have no tried to uninstall League of Legend's yet because I just simply do not feel like doing it due to how long it takes to install League of Legends.

I only know 1 person who had the same issue.

That's really all I can say, I updated the game and the shop has been like this since. It's unusable.
