Champion Select Forced dodge

I was in a ranked game lobby got disconn4eted for like a fraction of a second. when i reconnected i could see what was picked/banned. When it was my turn to select a champion no matter what champion i clicked on it wouldnt let me select at all. when the timer ran out it was a forced dodge and i couldnt do anything at all.
