Looking for a Semi-Casual/Serious Ranked 5's team

I am a mid and supp main and have deep champion pools for both roles. My main mid laner right now is tied between Azir and Yasuo. My main supp's are Thresh and Bard. Although I can play any champion just fine! IGN Transforer
