[GAMEPLAY] Hecarim's charge does damage even if you dodge it with a movement ability

This may not necessarily be a bug, but I do not believe that Hecarim's charge damage should go through if you dodge it.

I play a lot of ezreal, and no matter how well I time my Arcane Shift, I still take shit tons of damage from a fully charged Hecarim charge.

I also play a lot of Fizz who got his Q nerfed about a year ago when they allowed champs with mobility spells to essentially dodge his Q damage. The change hurts Fizz quite a bit, but it does make sense to be able to skillfully move away from that damage. The same rules should apply to Hecarim.

Any mobility spell that moves you away from the location of where the damage is applied should negate that damage just like it does to Fizz. Either that or uniformly make all targeted spells apply damage regardless of mobility spells. One way or the other, I think there should be some better consistency here.

That is intended. Hec's E or "charge" is basically an impowered aa and aa's will always hit.

His charge is an Auto attack. You can't dodge Auto attacks simply by moving.
