[GAMEPLAY] Soraka's passive triggers on Illaoi's taken spirits

If Illaoi uses her E to remove a spirit and damages it below the threshold required to activate Soraka's passive, Soraka gains the arrow and movement speed buff toward the spirit. However, Soraka cannot heal the stolen spirit.

Could we either change it so that the spirit can be healed or remove the passive activation? It's a little confusing.
