Client doesn't show "join match" ready button

For 4 games in a row now (i assume it was 4 games by estimation?) there was no join game notification like normal. Just an option to re-queue with no explanation why the timer had stopped. So I did and after the third time re-queuing i got a message saying that I had declined too many games and would be punished for declining more. This was odd to me, but because I thought nothing of it and blamed myself for somehow missing the notification for the match even though I was 99.9% sure I didn't. Unfortunately due to my anxiety and depression my 99.9% certainty turned to 50% certainty because of who I am. After the 4th time though I was banned for 5 minutes for not accepting matches even though the pop-up never appeared. I am 100% certain that it never appeared because I was overly aware due to my fear of being reprimanded. So something is up with the system or the connection.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution or is it just a technical bug?

Make that 5. The timer stopped at 3:30 and just sat there. No popup, no notification, nothing. After 30 ish seconds the queue closed and a pop-up saying "You have declined too many games in a row and are temporarily unable to join queues." appeared. I'm assuming with an escalated penalty from the 5 minute one I just waited out.

just checked and it's a 30 minutes timer now. I'm a bit annoyed.
