@Meddler There's an inconsistency regarding Ekko's R/W combo

Passing through his ult doesn't proc his Parallel Convergence. I've tested it more than a dozen times and it just doesn't work. There is also no mention of it in his tool tip whatsoever. I've seen a few other posts here and there with people claiming the same thing. Did this change actually make it through to the live server?

P.S. There is a typo in his tool tip for his passive in regards to how long he has to wait until he can proc his passive again.

Hi, made a post myself about this yesterday, the way it's written in the patch note is a bit confusing, so basically to trigger the stun and shield you have to actualy wait until your W is ready to be used ( as if you had to walk in to trigger it ) and only after that to use your ult through it. It doesn't make a huge difference as it gives your only 1-2 sec advantage of just walking into it. Riot has to work a bit on the way they write their patch notes to avoid confussions like this in the future.
