I'm assuming this is a bug, because there's no way Riot is intentionally telling would-be new players that:
The Jungle The mirrored jungle areas on Summoner's Rift each contain several lesser monster camps that grant unique powers when the summoner spell 'Smite' is used on them, …
And that:

- Dragon's Wrath: Gain bonus damage to turrets and structures
- Dragon's Flight: Gain bonus movement speed
- Dragon's Dominance: Gain bonus damage to minions and monsters
- Aspect of the Dragon: Doubles all previous bonuses and causes your attacks to burn enemies for a high amount of damage over time
The Champions page is pretty broken too - As an example, Aatrox's page links to the pre-rework Champion Spotlight, and gives us profound insights such as:

In general, the champions that got reworks are in the worst shape, but there are plenty of errors throughout.
