Summoner's Rift | League of Legends

I'm assuming this is a bug, because there's no way Riot is intentionally telling would-be new players that:

The Jungle The mirrored jungle areas on Summoner's Rift each contain several lesser monster camps that grant unique powers when the summoner spell 'Smite' is used on them, …

And that:

The Dragon Located in the river near bottom lane, this neutral monster is usually best handled as a group. Defeating the dragon grants a permanent stacking "Dragon Slayer" buff, with a massive bonus granted at 5 dragons slain. The dragon also gains bonus damage and takes less damage from opponents who have higher stacks of the Dragon Slayer buff.

  1. Dragon's Might: Gain bonus attack damage and ability power
  2. Dragon's Wrath: Gain bonus damage to turrets and structures
  3. Dragon's Flight: Gain bonus movement speed
  4. Dragon's Dominance: Gain bonus damage to minions and monsters
  5. Aspect of the Dragon: Doubles all previous bonuses and causes your attacks to burn enemies for a high amount of damage over time

The Champions page is pretty broken too - As an example, Aatrox's page links to the pre-rework Champion Spotlight, and gives us profound insights such as:

null

and:

Aatrox smashes the ground, dealing {{ wdamage }} physical damage to the first enemy hit and slowing by {{ wslowpercentage*-100 }}% for {{ wslowduration }}s.

In general, the champions that got reworks are in the worst shape, but there are plenty of errors throughout.

They dont care about the game info page anymore since 3rd party pages provide the Information well enough.
