Taunty Chat thing and "Unknown Error Sorry about that"

Ever since the recent patch I've been seeing taunty pop up kinda like when quinn had that funny flight b(coordinates) whenever she would use her E. I read on the forums that it only occurs when Rammus taunts and I noticed it happens when Galio ults, just that for Galio Taunty pops up as many times as there are players pulled in by his ult. However in one match i had there were no champs that had taunt and when we had dragon stolen from us taunty popped up. Now i hate taunty its like its taunting me what is this?

Jokes aside, the main issue I wanted to inquire about was the "Unknown Error sorry about that" I've had this pop up once in the past in season 2 i think, however ever since the maintenance and the patch thats been popping up alot more, it gets in the way of me connecting to matches and picking champions, it sometimes gets in the way when I'm trying to login as well. I was duoing in ranked and this occurred when i tried to join my next match. According to my friend he was seeing that i had not connected to champ select on my screen I saw this http://prntscr.com/59jywz in the bottom left hand corner thats both of us communicating all of what he messaged me was from champ select and as you can see from the center of the screen i was frozen at the "waiting for players" back, which popped up twice might I add. Repairing client doesn't work, I've tried it 4 times already. Uninstalling and getting league back doesnt work either. It probably is just me, but I have a few friends who have been experiencing similar while not as aggressive issues with connecting to the servers.

I think this is a bug. I can't think of anywhere else to put this.
