Vi Ult

Didn't know Vi got the Jarvan IV treatment. Why doesn't Jarvan's ult track anymore?! Can someone clarify if my ult can be stopped now or if it really is a bug?

My ult was interrupted by a Nautilus Q in one instance and then a Vayne condemn in another. Information appreciated.
