[CLIENT] Massive client bugs, how many bugs do you see in this picture??

• Game-wide <!> alert bubble is missing its text
• Chat window doesn't show anybody in the chat room
• Runes are massively blown up
• Rune pages are missing/not listed/can't be selected
• You can't see it in the picture, but I can't actually send in chat, and every time I minimize and re-open the chat window, regardless of which chat I'm using, the text input area has "**Chat Text Input" in it
• "Game declined" popup window is waaaaay misformatted
