Icons and pictures are messed up [CLIENT]

This is what happened when i logged on. I have no idea what path got me here. I just logged on. However, when i log on and click on my profile an error message pops up telling me to relog but that doesn't fix the issue I'm having. Here is another pic: http://imgur.com/SjSDt6m

Try repairing your client. Click league and before clicking launch hit the "?" in the top right corner--->repair. Those steps should hopefully fix the problem.
