Bug Splat [CLIENT] + Loading Screen

This has been happening occasionally. Everything runs smooth from Q to champ select. Then, once the champ select is done and the loading screen is about to come up I get bug splat. I do not know why this is. Every time it happens the game is a remake and I get a leaver buster. Lastly, I repair the client because it makes me automatically do it when I log back in (since I cannot reconnect) and everything works fine for many games. What's happening and why am I getting leaver buster?
