Zed Shadow Bug [GAMEPLAY]

So, I was playing ranked soloq as zed vs yasuo. I used my ult on yasuo and I completely froze and my champ stopped moving. However, I teleported to yasuo as if I had been walking along side him and autoing the entire time. THEN, my R shadow permanently stayed on the map! It was awesome! I could cast abilities and everything! Next, I wanted to see if my ultimate would bug out again so i asked yasuo if I could do so without killing him. He allowed me to do so and my ultimate worked just fine. HOWEVER, my perma shadow could no longer cast abilities but was a ward forever on the map. The shadow remained until we ended the game. Not sure how it happened or what caused it but that is the path that led to the bug. Both yasuo and I lagged when it happened.
