Client Help, Website Help, Help All Around!

For starters, I can't log into the support portion of leagues website? Idk if its down but thought that should be noted

Secondly, This morning i got to my computer and tried to start up league only to be presented with a pretty white box saying "RAD ERROR" "Can't connect to http server" or something like that. So i close it and try opening it a couple more times with the same result. So next i restart my computer to no avail. So after that unistal league, reinstall and still no changes, the same RADS Error.

I do this 5 times.........

All the same result.

Decided to turn off all my antivirus and firewalls. No difference.

This is seriously frustrating, this is the first time its ever given me this problem. I'm in desperate need of help!
