Riot, It is possible to ban Jhin in the Pick/Ban stage.... Can we please fix this? Why is this even a thing if he's not even out yet? My team wasted a ban on him...

I would like to know how he got banned as he doesn't even appear in the list of available bans unless the enemy team owns him.
