New parch and new problems!

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but, ever since the new update came out I been having issues in game where my FPS drops like a mofo. At first i thought it was cause i was playing on medium graphics. But when I switched everything to low it got worst. I own a pc and a lap top and I try the new update on my lap top and still FPS issues. Btw my pc is only a year old and lap top is new.
