100% sure the ingame tooltip is not even close to representing the reality and how the spell works, tried to figure out how it should work on sandbox mode but as the tooltip is nowhere near the truth i find it difficult to understand. please check it out.

What about it do you not get? The execution of the ability or how the crit double shot works? Which one?
