Quinn's Blind affecting on-hits

In particular, I noticed this with 100% occurrence - as Nautilus, if I was hit with Quinn's blind and she was still in melee range, if I tried to melee her to snare her, she would first off not be snared and it would subsequently lock me out of snaring her afterward. I suspect this may be something that occurs with other on-hits on champs against Quinn, but this is the one that I've experienced firsthand, and there was not a time that it did not occur. I'd like it fixed because that's a very big issue to have, being immune to a snare against a very slow attacking champ.
