Blitzcrank cannot Grab Jax while he is dodging

My on that account is Dedenne.

What I witnessed was Blitz trying to grab Jax while he is using his E "Dodge" and his blitz hand would stick on him like if Ezreal E'd away... and Jax was not pulled.
