Visual ongoing glitch with launcher

Hello. Ever since I downloaded League of Legends, the actual symbol hadn't showed up. If this happened before, and if there is a fix, I would be greatly appreciative if you were to tell me. It doesn't affect anything, but it has always bugged me just being a blank paper.

Edit: I can't post the picture because the attachment box appears but it disappears after I put the image in it.
