Illaoi Ult Bug

I have no idea what could have caused this and the League client won't let me submit logs anymore. So idk.

Just lost a game because Illaoi's ultimate just outright refused to go off. It was off cd, right there highlighted on my bar, and just refused to cast after a solid 5 seconds un-CC'd mashing R. So, idk, work it out.
