No level 6 token when advancing from 4 to 5

I played a game as Caitlyn at level 4 mastery. I advanced to level 5 after that game. I also got an S and a notification popped up, saying I would receive a level 6 token. But it was a lie! No tokens for Caitlyn in my Hextech inventory.
