Game crashes and repairs multiple times

So it's patch 8.6 and I tried to play a round of ARAM with a friend. He gets into play with everyone else but my client crashes during the loading screen and tells me that there was an error/bug and that the client /files need to be repaired. The client proceeds to repair 7GB of files.

After it's done I try to rejoin the game. It loads to about 70% and crasghes again, followed by another repair. -.-

I am afraid of trying it to play, fearing it might crash and repair AGAIN.

After the first two times this happened I deactivated voice chat and lowerd the ingame graphics settings. It worked for 4 days, but today it crashed again and started repairing the client. This is really annoying.

So it happened again today after playing one match of one for all.(OfA again) During the loading screen at ~60-70% I got a bug report and the launcher started repairing. After it was done, it tried to reconnect to the game, loaded to 60-70% and bugged out again. The 2nd round of repair goes through and again it tries to reconnect to the still running game, just to crash a third time and restart repairing.

Once the running game ended and the third repair was done I had no propblem playing for the day though. If this was a hardware problem (HDD for example) I'd expect it to keep popping up and cause problems somewhere else, too and also since the game only keeps crashing as long as it connects to that one game, it seems like there's a problem with the launcher or the game itself.
