[CLIENT] Spectating a game before start leads to black screen.

As the title. Previously if you spectate someone who is 'in game' for less than 3 minutes, it would take you to a modified champ select screen that showed you what everyone had picked and a small timer until you are allowed to spectate. When the timer runs out (game reaches 3 minutes old) League would launch and begin spectating as usual. Alternatively there was a button to quit spectating if you didn't want to wait.

Since patch 6.1, spectating someone before 3 minutes now leads to a black champ select, see SS below. This is a fairly minor bug I think, but it's annoying when you want to briefly check out a friends game/team, only to be forced to either

• restart your client to get back to homepage
• wait 0-3 minutes, launch and load the game, then exit to homepage

To replicate, simply spectate anyone who is 'in game' with a game time of less than 3 minutes.
