Classic Nautilus w VFX looks off

I regret not getting a picture but it's a fairly easy bug to replicate. First I'll note I'm using 'Medium' graphics if it changes anything, but I was playing Nautilus a day or so ago and the eye glow effect on his w seems off center and there's only one of them. The effect just doesn't look right.

Let me know if anyone else can replicate this or has seen it. Should be easy to do if you own the champion.
