[Gameplay] unable to use anything on the HUD

recently this has been happening to me a lot and I'm not sure what it is exactly, i press tab to look at my teammates/enemies builds and it doesn't respond, the hud itself and the button its binded to in game, like if it happens, i can't press ESC , use the shop, or anything.. so far i haven't seen any posts on the boards about this but i hope you can fix it, even if its just me
