Calculating differences...

I've been having this issue for about two months now. My launcher gets stuck on "Calculating Differences..." and scans files super slowly, it is also stuck at either 0% or 33%. I'd like to find a real fix to this, as everything else that I've tried doesn't seem to work.

I've tried repair. I've tried switching servers (between North America and Oceania) and I've tried Cyberghost. (Cyberghost just breaks my internet for some reason and makes it so I literally can't use my internet at all.) I have also tried running it at administrator.

And I don't really want to have to resort to uninstalling it and reinstalling it because I don't believe that is the problem. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this extremely annoying problem, then please let me know.

(It's a shame that after all these years, Riot's patches still break everything and make the game nearly unplayable.)
