[GAMEPLAY] Illaoi doesn't gain Fervor from attacking Vessel!!

Title and video should be pretty clear. Vessels are supposed to be identical to champions in every way, and masteries like Bandit or Undying activate against them, but Illaoi doesn't gain any stacks of Fervor when hitting one.
