[CLIENT] Seriously strange Client issue.

Hello , I wanted to file the fact that my client is not working the way it is intended at all. Though I can still play the game perfectly and every element of that is intact; the outline of the client is strange. It is as if the border of the client was replaced by an earlier one. There is no tab for hex-tech crafting at all and I cannot click on the chat, group, or notification icons. All three of those icons just blink in and out of existence without the capability of being clicked.

Though I don't know the steps which led me to this bug (thus I cannot list them on how to recreate it) I would love to have it fixed. (as a personal big fan of the hex-tech crafting system.) I even tried to uninstall and then reinstall to no avail.

I attempted to take a screen shot but for some reason my computer is not allowing me to, so i found a close image to what it looks like.
