Sometimes when you die, 
's Q and R will be unclickable. the only way to fix the problem (that I've seen), is to exit the game, and then log back in.
Even though it doesn't always happen after I die, death seems to be the 100% trigger. If I use one of my power surge abilities during Sions passive, and I die before the ability has worn off, Q and R become unuseable.
Fix it please riot.. it's about the only thing bad about Sion.
Yeah but honestly, if you have a good team and you did well early and mid game, W and E is all you need with Sion. Sion is the true skill test now lol. But in all seriousness, fix this bug pls.

Got the same bug here, don't know how to reproduce as I played one game only with him
You don't have to leave the game you can enable quick cast for q and r then go back and disable quick cast for q and r (or vice versa if you always quickcast) and it should fix it.
I just had the same issue. I was playing ranked an inexplicably my Q and R became unusable. It made the click noise but nothing would happen. This completely lost me the ranked match which I am not happy about -_- loss preventable maybe?
In addition to this bug I believe I might have stumbled into another as well. After building a phantom dancer on Sion he no longer moved through minions on his ult, causing him to be instantly deflected into walls and such. This happened every time I used his Ultimate after I built the phantom dancer.
