People use abilities during polymorph

Just as the title says... Can this be fixed? I don't care if the reason for this is "they had it queue'd up before polymorph hit them".. the ability says in general terms they can't use abilities during it (since they're supposed to be silenced...) but they do. Just had this happen several times last game. The amount of times I've seen a Darius/Garen instakill your adc with their ults while being a squirrel or other polymorphed variety is pretty stupid.

Darius is immune to all forms of cc during his ult animation. While some abilities seem to start affecting mid ult animation, they actually aren't and the animation is still running until the enemy unit gets executed.

Instances where it seems like cc is actually affecting darius but they really arent are: Stasis and polymorph and IIRC certain displacements.

It was 100% an intentional move by riot to have these abilities unable to be cancelled by anything other than death or losing vision/target becoming untargetable
