[gameplay] Soraka e root effect damage radius larger than the snare

Soraka's e seems to be able to damage and not snare people who are at a certain point on the edge. I have only see this once, I was the only person nearby and the e root was about to proc, I see the damage but there was no root. The Ezreal I was targeting didn't have Banshees or a qss. He definitely took damage from only the e snare. He appeared to be slightly outside the radius.

This only happened 1 time to me so far, so I am unsure if it is reproducible.
