Not that he's OP, because I haven't even had a chance to try him. Every time I try to select him in a Practice Tool game, it tells me that there was a problem selecting my champion. No other champ is having problems, just Sett. Not sure if the same thing is happening in normal games but I'd imagine so.
He's also OP
Bump, Sett is still giga broken. Waiting on that post-hype nerf.
Sett is broken why does he do so much damage and why can he shield back half of his health
setts R is also like darius dunks i have it record he does a double R; even though his abilities doesnt say anything about it
when sett using his w hecarim ULT that has fear doesnt effect him not really sure if the other fear champs are also affected by this
He wasn't out yet lmao. For some reason they let you open the calling card before he was even available in game or in the store (checked with a friend).

I saw that and I literally wrote a note explaining why he deals the damage he's dealing. Than I go in and I see "I can't pick him" and I go happy
PS : The reason he's dealing that damage is because he stops time, attacks, than resets time
