Nasus E and Banshees Veil - Not proccing

So most people would know by now that Nasus' e burst procs Banshees Veil but as of late his E is no longer doing this, making games where carries build this item really hard to fight in if I have to proc their banshees because my Q wont either, leaving only my wither. The E is a really important tool against this as I cant do anything to enemies who have it. In the past Spirit Fire did proc Banshees Veil, help make nasus great again. Let me pop banshees.
