Bug on high noon yasuo wall in practice mode

Is it normal that the wind wall of high noon yasuo is invisible sometime in practice mode but it can block he projectile ans sometimes not? I can spam w but there is only the animation of yasuo throwing the wind wall and the wall is invisible*[zombie-brand-mindblown]*
