When I was playing Ahri in the Black Market Brawlers I was chasing after Ziggs and killed him. However my mp at the point was really low, but I still went back to the middle lane. I wasn't paying attention to my mp until Fiddlesticks came, and I saw that I had almost full mp again.
How did that happen? I don't think I had items. However I did level up I think.
Just to be sure, you didn't have a Catalyst, did you? That could certainly explain it if you leveled up between the first and second event. Can you tell us about how long it was between the Ziggs chase and the Fiddle gank? Can you look in your game history and see what items you built that game? I doubt that this is a bug, but any information helps.
Also, just to be very, very clear, by "mp" do you mean your mana? I usually see "mp" as a reference to mana potions, but it definitely wouldn't be the first time that it was just an acronym for something i was flat-out unaware of.
