Morde ult unuseable

I was playing an Intro bot game and I used my ultimate on a dragon, the dragon died then I used my ACTUAL ultimate ona champion, after the champion died and his ghost disappeared I couldnt use my ult anymore and it says its on no cooldown and costs no mana but I cant use it iat all
